Return Policy

Prices are based on C.O.D. Cash and are subject to change without any notice. All items carry 1 year limited warranties from the manufacturer and a 30 day defective product exchange period from retail boxed items, returned within 7 days will be repaired or replaced by PC Buzz, subject to PC Buzz's approval. PC Buzz reserves the right to test all items before repairing or replacing. After 7 days, all items will be sent back to the manufacturer for repair per manufacturer's warranty. Retail boxed are under manufacturer's warranty and must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. No refund or exchange after 14 days. All software sales are final and non-refundable. Special order items and labor charges are non-refundable. Subject to 15% Restocking Fee for all Non-Defective Returns. Warranties are for carry in service only and do not include shipping to/from customer, installation, and/or setup. Customer is responsible for installing all parts properly and a service charge may apply to all items returned that are installed improperly by the customer. PC Buzz specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability & fitness for a particular purpose and PC Buzz liability is limited to the purchase price of the item only.
